3. User Accounts

1. Registration: To access certain features, users must register an account and provide the following information:
   • Full Name
   • Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Address
   • Location
   • Photo
   • Duration of Residence in UAE
   • Home State and Town in India
   • Employer Details
   • Job Designation
   • Work and Education Qualifications
   • Skills and Expertise
   • Hobbies, Interests, Games, and Sports
2. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to update it promptly in case of changes.
3. Account Termination: TBN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you post obscene, pornographic, offensive, or culturally insensitive content, or if you violate these Terms.

4. Listings

1. Types of Listings:
   • Free Listings
   • Paid Listings (including premium and featured spots)
2. Approval Process: All listings are subject to review and approval by TBN before they go live.
3. Prohibited Content: Users may not post:
   • Adult or pornographic content
   • Offensive or culturally insensitive material
   • Spam or misleading information
4. Geographic Scope: Listings are strictly for businesses, professionals, and events within the UAE. However, the Site can be accessed globally.

5. Paid Services

1. Fees: TBN charges for premium listings, advertisements, and featured spots. Fees are outlined on the Site and are subject to change.
2. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and cash (after registration as a company).
3. Refund Policy: Payments for services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Subscriptions: Some services may require recurring subscriptions. Users can cancel their subscriptions by sending an email to TBN support.

6. Event Listings

1. Posting: Only TBN can post event listings. Users cannot submit events for publication.
2. Ticketing: TBN provides event information and may redirect users to third-party platforms, such as Eventbrite, for ticket purchases. TBN is not responsible for any transactions or disputes arising from third-party websites.
